Business Data Associate
We are looking for a Business Data Associate who will support our data team, client implementations, and internal product development. The initial role will entail learning back-end data processes focused on data entry, data cleanliness, and locating new process improvement opportunities. Once mastered, you will gain experience with the LevPro front-end system (Research Management, Order Management, Trade Tools, Portfolio Management, Compliance) in a client-facing role. Here you will assist clients with navigating and configuring the software, answering product and implementation related questions, defining requirements, and soliciting feedback. Down the road, we envision you growing into a multi-tool player, with a complete front and back-end understanding of the product, who would contribute to building and maintaining client relationships to increase business revenue potential.
Data responsibilities include:
- Entering data, interpreting data, and analyzing results
- Developing and using data collection systems that optimize efficiency
- Acquiring data from primary or secondary sources and maintaining databases
Business Analysis responsibilities include:
- Sustaining business growth and profitability by maximizing value
- Analyzing customer data to improve customer experience
- Holding product demonstrations for new customers and developing user guides
- Contributing to client onboarding and implementations to better understand client processes and build rapport with client stakeholders
- Developing and monitoring project metrics
Requirements and skills:
- Bachelors Degree
- 3-5 years of Business Analyst, Data Analyst, and/or Consulting experience
- Finance / Fixed Income experience (Leveraged Credit knowledge preferred)
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly with outstanding analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate cross functionally with different teams and diverse audiences
- Self-starter with a strong desire to learn
- Technical expertise in Excel (preferred)
- Ability to work EST hours
