A SaaS platform to help Fixed Income Investment Managers modernize their business
Los Angeles - November 9, 2021 - LevPro.ai, a SaaS operating system for leveraged credit managers, today announced it raised $2.5 million in Series Seed funding. The company has raised $3 million to date, and will use the funds to further develop its proprietary technology and continue its strong trajectory of customer growth.
LevPro Co-Founder and CEO Ryan Barrows said, “We’re really happy with the composition of our Seed round being led by 1707 Capital. They were joined in this round by 19 of our angel investors who have watched us grow, and we’re especially proud to have 21 Fixed Income professionals showing their support. The funding will help us to expand our reach and prove that our customers, large institutional leveraged credit managers, should run their business on a modern SaaS technology platform.”
LevPro was built by a team that has done the job, with every small detail reflecting that. The two founders, Ryan Barrows and John Porges, were both professional traders for over a decade. Their tools work out-of-the-box, yet can be customized without developers. They bring native automation and collaboration to a multi-trillion dollar market that, despite having consulting software solutions available for over a decade, still has many mission-critical elements run manually in excel and over email.
LevPro Co-Founder and COO John Porges said “We’ve been floored by our customer feedback and satisfaction thus far. Users tell us that we save them an hour a day, and that they can’t imagine going back to doing their jobs without LevPro. Much of that is due to our fanatical customer service, but it also doesn’t hurt that we built a superhuman tool that aggregates an extremely messy dataset, runs artificial intelligence on top of it, and then provides a friendly UI for clients to interact with their investments 10x faster than they could before.
The investment was led by the boutique growth equity fund, 1707 Capital, with participation from several angel investors including, Shishir Mehrotra, CEO of Coda, Bill Simon, Co-Founder, UCLA Benjamin Graham Value Investing Program, Hans Yang, Managing Director and Partner at BCG Digital Ventures, and JR Johnson, serial entrepreneur and investor.
